Sometimes, the words we use to describe ourselves become so familiar that we stop questioning them. In this video, we look at how reframing the way we describe ourselves can create a different way of understanding ADHD-related difficulties.
That doesn’t mean the difficulty disappears. It gives you something more specific to understand and work with. This isn’t about replacing every negative word with an ADHD term or pretending that difficulties aren’t real.
